When will I receive my welcome pack?
Once you have paid your subscription fee, you will receive a welcome e-mail confirming your registration. You will receive your personalised gorritazuria membership card in the welcome pack within 5 working days. In the case of international subscriptions, this may vary depending on the country of destination.
Can I exchange or return my welcome pack?
Welcome packs cannot be exchanged or returned. If you have received a wrong or faulty item, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected]. We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
How much does delivery to my town/city cost?
Deliveries within mainland Spain are free of charge. These are the charges for all other destinations:
- Canary Islands: 45 €
- Balearic Islands: 15 €
- Andorra: 42 €
- Ceuta and Melilla: 49 €.
- Portugal: 14 €.
- International zone A: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Vatican City, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Poland, United Kingdom, San Marino, Sweden. Shipping: €30
- International zone B: Bulgaria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Romania. Shipping: €35
